The Hathway ohana have been serving with Youth With A Mission for the past 16 years around the world. Our primary aim is to see the nations reached through training, discipleship, and release of people into their destiny with an aim that the nations are reached with the message of Jesus Christ.
Currently we are based in Salem, Oregon and serve locally as the Training Directors at Youth With A Mission Salem overseeing all the training schools and events as well as serve on the Campus Leadership Team.

Amos also serves in with YWAMs International Discipleship Training School Centre.
The Centre for Discipleship Training Schools has been established to maintain and enhance excellence in DTS programs worldwide in accordance with the DTS purpose and curriculum guidelines set by the International Leadership of Youth With A Mission and the University of the Nations.The Centre staff seeks to serve DTS leadership by providing encouragement, support and expertise in program, leadership and resource development.The Centre facilitates the networking of personnel and resources among all DTS and Field Assignment/Outreach locations and the seven Colleges/Faculties and various Centres of the University. It also aids in stimulating the multiplication of new DTS's in strategic locations of the world.

Amos also serves with YWAM's International Frontier Missions Team here in North America. Our primary aim is the recruitment and mobilization of individuals to reach the most unreached.

Outreaches coming...

Outreach is coming very quickly, our first team leaves in two weeks from now for Nairobi, Kenya followed by our Thailand team and then our Jordan team. We are very excited about these upcoming Voice for the Voiceless DTS outreaches. You can see some of what they are doing by checking the links above. Our Kenya team will be working with HIV/AIDS orphans, former child soldiers, slum ministry, its Africa, you name it they will probably minister.
Our Thailand team will be working with Burmese refugees in Mae Sot, sex workers in Chiang Mai and and unreached people group outside of Chiang Rai they will then travel to Vietnam for a couple of weeks.
Our Jordan team will be serving the over 350,000 Syrian refugees high lighting their struggles. They may also be able to connect with Palestinian refugees.
All our teams will be creating video and photo reports as resources and stories to bring a voice to those without a voice in all these nations.

Salem!

As we send our teams off we will also be returning to Salem March 25th. We have alot of work waiting for us but we also need to take a much needed break, we could really use your prayers over our family as we transition back to the mainland.

Voice for the Voiceless DTS

We have some exciting and unexpected news, we are going back to Hawaii for three months! We have been invited to lead the Voice for the Voiceless Discipleship Training School which is part of a larger ministry in YWAM called Photogen X. This DTS is being run at ourUniversity of the Nations Campus in Kona, Hawaii. Our campus in Kona is the first and largest U of N campus in the world. The founders of our mission Loren and Darlene Cunningham are also there along with many of our long time friends. We will be going out right after Christmas this year to for the pre school planning and logistics. The school arrival day is January 3rd and we are expecting between 30 and 50 students. I will have to take at least one trip out earlier in December for our staff training week at the campus and to get a crash course in leading a school in Kona. We will be in Hawaii at least for the lecture phase when the teams will leave for outreach the end of March. We would love to get over to Honolulu to visit our friends and supporters there while we are in Hawaii to catch up and visit our campus in Honolulu.
